• The self-contained guest accomodation is on the first floor.  From your own front door, there are 12 steps to the first floor.  Each step is 84 cm wide and 20 cm high. There is a handrail on the left.
• There are no ground floor bedrooms.
• There is plenty of space for parking and turning on a gravel driveway.  There is a small step up into our guest accomodation. 

• Menus and guest welcome information are available in large print on request.
• A cordless kettle is available your room.
• The self-contained guest accomodation is lockable with a key.
• The bedroom has a main ceiling light, controllable from the top of the staircase. There are also bedside lamps on each side of the bed.  The self-contained guest accomodation is supplied with a small torch.
• The duvets and pillows are made of a synthetic filling, suitable for people with allergies.
• The self-contained guest accomodation is equipped with en-suite shower room.
• Electric heating is thermostatically controlled, adjustable and can be set with a timer.
• The self-contained guest accomodation is supplied with a well stocked beverage tray & small kitchenette.

• Orange, O2 mobile phones networks can be accessed within our guest accomodation and gardens.
• People with nut allergies should be aware that we do use nuts in the kitchen.
• We are happy to supply soya milk, decaffeinated coffee or tea or other alternatives on request. Please advise us prior to your arrival.
• We are non smoking throughout.
